Description
Reed Hospitality are recruiting for a Group Catering Manager for a luxury care home group.

The role will be based in North London and you will be responsible for a small cluster of care homes.


Duties include:

  • Managing and delivering all catering services
  • Ensuring that the highest standard of nutritious food menus are presented to residents
  • Work closely with Home managers to ensure all residents dietary requirements are met
  • Food ordering, stock control, waste minimisation, seasonal stock plans
  • Staff management, recruitment and training
  • Maintain Food Hygiene, H&S, COSHH, and have a food safety management system in place
  • Act as chef if short staffed
