Project Administrator

Salary:
£22,500 Per Annum

Location:
Bromsgrove

Hours: 9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week | 30 Minutes for lunch

Our Client is a nationwide construction and planning company that have a proven track record. They are currently recruiting for a Project administrator to join their team due to ongoing growth.

Day to day duties will include the following:

Undertake project and procurement administration to contribute to the smooth running of the business
Provide administrative support to the estimating department ensuring established procedures are followed for requesting and recording quotations
Be responsible for the administration of the annual accreditations, undertaking compliance tasks on a monthly basis.
Dealing with generic administration tasks for the wider officer

As an individual you will need the following experience:

Previous coordinating experience
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft office experience (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Previous experience of Sage (or similar computerised purchasing system)
Strong IT skills, experience of Sharepoint
Previous experience in construction or a similar environment
