Are you a Complex Care Support Worker looking for a new role in the community?


We are looking for a team of dedicated and experienced individuals who can support our client who has a spinal cord injury in the comfort of their own home in the Colchester area.

Our client needs round the clock care on a 2:1 basis. Shift patterns will be on a 12-hr rotation.


Are you a caring individual who is passionate about delivering person centred care? Do you believe you can make a positive impact to our clients lives? If so, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for individuals to join our team either on a Permanent or 0-hour contract basis.


You will need to have a proven track record of complex care
experience and have supported clients with skills such as:

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Cough Assist
  • Ventilation management
- tracheal suctioning suctioning

  • Bowel management
  • Nebuliser (NEB)
  • Medications

You must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car.

Required Skills/Qualifications:


  • 2 year or more experience as a support worker with complex care experience.
