Description

We are recruiting for an Internal Sales person, to join a growing Electrical Wholesale branch in Winchester.

Key Responsibilities:

Directly assisting the External Sales Rep with customer accounts and orders
Processing and following up on quotations for customers
Dealing with customers via the phone
Serving customers over the Trade Counter
Working as part of a tightlyknit team to ensure that the branch runs efficiently and effectively
Deliver excellent customer service
Build and maintain successful partnerships with customers, colleagues and suppliers and focus on the achievement of longterm customer loyalty
Collaborating with customers, colleagues and suppliers by supporting with promotions, sales events, supplier days and new product launches

Experience / Skills:

Electrical Wholesale experience
Excellent customer service skills
Confident telephone manner
Proactive
Team player
