Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist lead educators in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
  • Supervise and interact with children during playtime, meals, and learning activities.
  • Assist with diapering, feeding, and other basic care tasks as needed.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization in classrooms and play areas.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure the wellbeing of all children.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with children preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
  • CPR and First Aid certification a plus.
