I am currently looking for a commercially focused operational business partner to drive business performance and profitability to help business leaders maximise opportunities and minimise risk.

Reporting into an exceptional Head of Finance, this role is a pivotal role providing analysis and excellent information interpretation to help influence key decisions.

Excellent interpersonal skills are essential along with a proven background in analysis.

Key responsibilities will include;

Tailor complex information to your audience to gain understanding and buy in
Influence and challenge decisions and present data and in order to drive actions
Provide challenge and support to directors
Involvement in ad

- hoc projects

Business partnering with senior leadership team

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial business partner to join an energetic and truly lovely team. You will have exposure to the senior team, support the CFO with major projects and get involved with continuous improvement

You must be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with several years PQE and excellent excel skills.
