Responsibilities:
- Mix drinks according to recipes or customers' requests.
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Deliver drinks to customers in a timely manner.
- Tend bar.
- Monitor bar inventory.
- Clear bar and cleaning tables after closing.
- Be knowledgeable of food, drinks, and alcoholic beverage laws.
- Be knowledgeable of basic first aid.
Salary:
£10.00-£15.00 per hour
