    Description

    Customer Service Advisor

    We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and resolving queries in a timely manner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat queries from customers.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
    • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
    • Process customer orders and manage account information.
    • Keep records of customer interactions and follow-up tasks.
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Assist with administrative tasks when needed.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle high-volume queries while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexible working hours, including weekends.
