Compliance Support Administrator

£21, £24,239.53 per annum, DOE**Norse Highways have a new and exciting opportunity for a Compliance Support Administrator to join our team based at our depot in Ketteringham working 40 hours per week.


As Compliance Support Administrator you will assist the Compliance Manager with administrative duties and maintenance of electronic files to meet the requirements of Norse Group SHEQ systems.


Main Responsibilities will include:


  • Managing multiple inboxes on Microsoft Outlook, and other general administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying, typing reports and uploading data to systems.
  • Monitoring Norse Highways Asset Register, ensuring all maintenance inspections are in date and alerting the Compliance Manager when required.
  • Working closely with the Compliance Manager to create links to support all areas of Norse Highways in accessing the Dashboard.
  • Supporting the Compliance Manager in preparing internal audit reports and spreadsheets.
  • Assisting the Compliance Manager with keeping the Document Control Register up to date and archiving documentation when required.
  • Monitoring of Highways' SHEQ folders and alerting the Compliance Manager to documentation requiring review.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role
  • Experience working within a reactive environment and changing priorities to meet the needs of the service
  • Good organisation and excellent communication skills
