Description

The Senior Analyst/Associate role is within an experienced team of Loan Servicing specialists.

The primary focus will be to provide proactive support to a growing business, oversee a portfolio of loans (debt), and manage relationships with lenders, borrowers,and other third parties (lawyers, auditors, project monitors, asset and property managers etc.).

The role will require a prerequisite knowledge of structured finance, real estate finance and the functions of Facility Agent & Security Agent.

They will need to be able to work independently, take responsibility, perform under pressure, and adhere to internal policies & procedures.

**Core Responsibilities

Manage and lead the endtoend loan onboarding process for allocated loans;
Support and work with legal counsels and senior management on the closing of new transactions;
Independently run the Interest Payment Date (IPD) cycle for the allocated loans;
Collect and analyse borrower reports (tenancy schedules, compliance certificates, asset management reports etc.);
Manage relationships and communication between lenders & borrowers on allocated loans;
Prepare payment instructions for processing of remittances from secured bank accounts controlled by the Security Agent;
Review and analyse development finance documentation, business plans and Project Monitor reports,
Work closely with the team to facilitate the ongoing improvement of processes and internal controls;
Shadow and support other team members with their loan portfolios as and when necessary;
Support a range of business expansion related projects and initiatives.
