Job Role
Recruit Mint are currently seeking a Part Time Administrator for their established Long Sutton based client. You will mainly be raising purchase orders on their in-house system, which training will be provided on.

The hours of work are flexible, and our client can work around your needs so if you are an experienced administrator looking for a flexible part time role, we would love to hear from you.


Responsibilities:


  • Raising Purchase Order numbers
  • Inputting and managing them on the system
  • Keeping their spreadsheets up to date
  • Dealing with customers and clients where required
  • Other general administrative duties may be involved

Person Specification

  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to learn new computerbased systems

Hours of Work and Pay
hours a week to suit you between Monday and Friday

  • Flexible shift pattern
- £10 per hour
month contract


Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 4 months

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£10.00 per hour
