Excellent opportunity within primary care for a Paramedic to deal with acute presentations in Slough.
This is a Paramedic position within a primary care GP practice in Slough.

The practice is located in the north area of Slough in a residential area, which has ample parking on site.

They operate from one premises which is a purpose built, modern building to provide a safe and spacious consulting area.

You will be supporting the GP and Nurse team with on the day presentations for minor injuries and illnesses. Prescribing is welcomed for this role. This is a successful training practice which supports its staff through clinical development. They are rated as Good by the CQC and offer a friendly and cohesive team to work alongside.


Key Duties

  • Minor injuries and illnesses
  • On the day presentations to support GP & Nurse team
  • Home visits (up to 2 per day)
  • Prescribing encouraged

Package and Benefits

  • Full time role hours
- £40,000 - £44,000 depending on experience and qualifications

  • 5 weeks holiday + 1 week CPD
  • Supportive training practice
  • Flexibility to suit your commitments

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Paramedic registered with the HCPC
  • Experience with acute care including minor injuries and illnesses
  • Prescribing qualification or working towards this
