Customer Service Specialist/Product Support (French speaking)
- 5 Monday to Friday (some occasional weekend work - made up in lieu)
Hybrid working / Warwick.
Our client, a specialist manufacturer are looking for an exceptional
French speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their Support team on a
Hybrid working basis, two days in office (Warwick) and the remaining working from home.
£30,000 such as b
onus scheme, 25 day's holidays + bank holidays, healthcare cash plan and much more
Responsibilities:
- Prioritizing daily customer support queries and providing timely resolutions.
- Handling technical inquiries from nontechnical users with clarity and expertise.
- Working towards achieving an excellent firsttime resolution for customers.
- Adapting to the growing needs of our EU business, with an initial focus on 50% French and 50% English queries.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent proficiency in English as well as either French (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend technical queries and provide effective solutions.
- Prior experience in a French speaking customer service role
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Experience in a digital environment.
- Proven track record of generating sales leads.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to engage customers, fostering positive reviews and feedback for business growth.
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience working for an ecommerce brand.
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Comfortable engaging with customers via phone calls.
