As a Supervisor your duties would include, but are not limited to:

You will have experience as a Supervisor in a similar role and take pride in your achievements.
You can think on your feet and have your own ideas on pushing the business which you are happy to get involved in making them a reality.
You are not easily ruffled and can keep a calm head in stressful situations.
Assist in recruitment process, induction and training of new staff
Motivate the team and ensure effective communication with staff briefs.
Lead shifts by example and clear instructions
Encourage upselling at every opportunity
Delegate jobs/Sections using staff to their strengths but allowing for development
Be able to assist in each area during busy periods with a handson approach
Have an eye for detail along with high standards
Thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment
Be able to hold a section
Enforce steps of service
Enforce H&S policies
Complete cashups
Make sure dish specs are being met before dishes go to a table
Answerphone enquiries
Complete bookings (Res Diary)
Assist in managing the till system (Lightspeed)
Develop a great working relationship with Management and Kitchen
A flexible approach to work
