Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a well established company based in Epsom.


This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a great team, providing a high level of service to customers regarding a range of products.


Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving queries and issues
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve customer requests
  • Giving advice and support to customers
  • Booking in customers who require an engineer visit
  • Various administrative tasks
To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to resolve customer issues and queries
  • Working in a team, as well as on your own initiative
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm. Free parking is available on site.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
