Duration: 6 months - Initially


Our client is currently looking for an Experienced Maintenance Surveyor / Clerk of Works to come on board as soon as possible for an initial 6 months.

You will be working closely with a team of chartered surveyors inspecting the works carried out on site such as Kitchen and Bathroom replacements, Window replacements and Plastering amendments for 3-4 days p/week.


Duties will include:


  • Inspections of completed and ongoing maintenance works.
  • Strategic advice where needed to aid the maintenance process.
  • Managing, coordinating and reporting on any ongoing defects.
  • Travelling to site where needed.
  • Updating team where needed.

You will need:


  • Full UK driving license.
  • Experience as either a Maintenance Surveyor and/or Clerk of Works.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Good communicational skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£30.00-£32.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
