We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator on permanent basis to work on site in Cheltenham to provide administrative support for all on-site personnel to enable them to perform effectively in their roles.
Ensure the smooth running of recruitment administration and scheduling in order to assist the operational team to enhance the customer experience, whilst ensuring service excellence.
To ensure that Guidant values and guiding principles are upheld in everything you do, and that any action you take continually works towards achieving 'high road' recruitment practices.
Ensure that a good understanding of the company business strategies is maintained, and actively support as required.Key Responsibilities
- Support, implement and monitor a defined induction and on boarding process.
- Provide administrative support to the team with care programmes, such as drop in sessions satisfaction surveys.
- Have a good understanding of the operational processes and systems, working to agreed SLA's and KPI's.
- Ensure the recruitment system is updated throughout the recruitment process.
- Responsible for uploading CVs and recording interviews and offers.
- System reconciliations and data cleansing activities.
- Support Business Partners with providing regular updates and transfer of information from onsite to offsite to the Recruitment Team, such as feedback, interview dates and offers.
- Manage daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office, such as, booking meeting rooms, scheduling visitor details, inbox management, etc.
- Implement, maintain, and improve administrative systems to effectively support the management of recruitment processes
- Support with scheduling and the organisation of assessment centres and interview panels.
- Willingness to support with recruitment activities, as and when required
