Role - Sales Development Manager

Work Days - Monday to Friday / 9am to 5:30pm

Work From Home - Remote Work 4 days of the week with only 1 day in the office


Netwirking are working together with one of the fastest rising Tech firms in Newcastle upon Tyne who are looking for a motivated, keen and driven individual, with experience of working in a sales role to join their team.


The business continues to grow and as a result of this they are looking for someone to help drive the company forward.

Key to your success in this role is to demonstrate the ability to build rapport with the clients, manage multiple portfolios, take ownership and make important business decisions


This role would suit someone currently working in a Sales role looking for a step up and to undertake more responsibility in what is a more consulitvie approach to selling.


Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Required skills and experience;

  • Has previous sales experience would be advantageous
  • Can build a good rapport with existing and new customers
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Is well organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Has a positive approach to their work
  • Is comfortable working towards individual and team targets
  • Has previous experience analysing data which informs daily activity
