£42K-£45K per annum

Job Duties:
- Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, plumbing, tiling, joinery, decorating, flooring, and carpentry work.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with various systems and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of systems and equipment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance and repair requests in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work completed, including documenting any issues or problems that arise using our inhouse maintenance management system.
- Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure that all work is completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Multiskilled Engineer or a related field.
- Skilled in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Strong problemsolving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
- GAS SAFE registered (Desired)
- NVQ level 3 certification in plumbing (Desired)
- NICEIC or NAPIT certification in electrics (Desired)
Person Specification:
- Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance problems in a timeeffective manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure by remaining calm throughout the repairing process.
- Ability to respond quickly to enquiries from tenants, property manager, landlords and colleagues.
- Actively listening to clients concerns and provide support accordingly.
- Having a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Contact clients professionally and provide exceptional customer service by showing empathy and patience.
- Forwardthinking when attending properties to complete allocated jobs.
