Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and proactive PR and Branding Specialist to oversee public relations activities, manage award entries, and elevate the personal branding of our founders across the UniTaskr Platform, SHOUT Agency, and SHOUT - UGC Studio.

This role involves crafting compelling narratives, securing media coverage, identifying award opportunities, and developing strategies to enhance the founders' visibility and reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand awareness and positive media coverage for our products and founders.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and editorial placements.
Identify and capitalize on award opportunities by preparing and submitting award entries that highlight the achievements and innovations of our products and founders.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling storytelling content for press releases, articles, interviews, and other PR materials.
Develop and execute personal branding strategies for the founders, including thought leadership initiatives, speaking engagements, and networking opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, news, and competitor activities to identify PR opportunities and mitigate potential reputation risks.
Measure and report on PR campaign effectiveness, media coverage, and brand sentiment to optimize strategies and ROI.

Requirements:

Proven experience (X years) in public relations, brand management, or a related field, preferably within the B2B or tech industry.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and press materials.
Experience in managing award submissions and securing notable awards or recognitions for companies or individuals.
Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative PR and personal branding initiatives that align with business goals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively represent the company and founders.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
