ROLE:

The Special Projects team are responsible for executing engaging, creative, and immersive experiences to inspire our customers.

The Special Projects Producer role will work closely with the Head of Special Projects to create concepts, produce, and execute events that drive our competitive advantage globally.

The role will be instrumental in driving forward and executing MATCHESFASHION strategic brand and partner events, within key international markets and in at our Mayfair townhouse, 5 Carlos Place.

The Special Projects team works cross-functionally with all departments to ensure that we remain pioneers within the industry and that all events are executed in a timely manner with a seamless customer journey, working with the creative team on the concept and assets, our global agencies and other external partners on execution, content team on marketing and buying on deliveries.

All events should always be curated to the highest standard with the customer at the front of mind.


ABOUT YOU:


  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent decisionmaking skills, ability to identify problems, demonstrating the use of initiative and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Able to act as a brand ambassador with a strong appreciation of luxury customers and high standards.
  • A team player, always thinking creatively and effectively partnering with key stakeholders to manage projects.
  • A wealth of supplier relationships across food and beverage, florists and other interesting partners to work with.
  • Strong experience in luxury event production, minimum of 3 years.
  • Able to work at a fast pace across multiple projects with a bias for action.
  • Strong communicator, adept at building relationships with multiple stakeholders and can demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Organised. You deliver high quality work in a timely fashion and overcome setbacks to deliver what is needed.
  • Customer centric you have a passion for the luxury customer and for building moneycan'tbuy experiences for them.
  • Thrive within fast paced, agile organisations with a flexible outlook to rapidly evolving business requirements.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • High organisational skills and ability to manage budget.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:


  • Producing and executing all special projects to generate engagement and inspire customers while ensuring return on investment, driving brand awareness, high value customer acquisition opportunities and loyalty.
  • Consider strategic planning and critical pathways for all projects.
  • Responsible for all production elements from concept to execution; supplier and brand correspondence, timelines, budgets, briefing and management of all event staff.
  • Working closely with the Special Projects Coordinator to ensure they are given relevant responsibilities which they can learn from and gain experience within their role.
