Commutable from:
Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford, Coventry, Birmingham, Banbury

Salary:
£45,000 to £ 50,000 p.a. + car + benefits

Suitable for:
Sales Manager, Sales Director, Business Development Manager

The Role
Lead, mentor and develop the sales and marketing team

Sales forecasting, sales analytics and resource management

Assigning team workloads

Identifying new markets and targeting new business

Overseeing and contributing to tender and bid proposals

Client presentations and meetings

Developing long term relationships and reconnecting with lost clients

Following product trends and adapting them for clients

Identifying and negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors

Attending networking events and shows

Placing advertising & planning exhibitions

Planning social media and newsletter stories

Previous experience of successfully managing and developing a successful and happy sales team

Have a passion to learn, develop and constantly improve your skills

Previously worked in a creative industry (design, promotions, events, prints)

Have excellent communication and numeracy skills

Good relationship builder

Customer focused approach with result's orientated 'can do' attitude

Ideally will have worked in a Small, Medium Enterprise (SME)
