Description

CNC Mazak VMC.

Renown Group has an immediate requirement for a skilled CNC Mazak VMC machinist for producing components for defence and energy sectors.

The role will involve:

Working from engineering drawings to tight tolerances and deadlines.
Writing/editing programs
Setting/operation of machines
Operating overhead cranes to assist with machine loading
Working alone or as part of a team
Working dayshift/nightshift pattern

The successful applicant must possess skills for operating all the following.

If you do not meet all of these requirements you will not be considered
:
Creating programs using Mazatrol Fusion 64M / Matrix control

Competent in the use of Mazak
Knowledge of inspection equipment
Time served or at least 4 years experience in similar industry

The following skills are desirable but not essential.

Knowledge of Renishaw Probe programming
Overhead crane training.
Fork Lift licence
First Aid Training

Dayshift rate £16-£17.12 depending on experience.

Nightshift rate £20-£21.40 depending on experience.

Overtime paid at x regular rate.

4 day week - Monday - Thursday 7am-4.45pm. Friday/Saturday/Sunday overtime.
