I am looking on behalf of an Award winning, strong local Independent Estate Agent for a capable and experienced Residential Property Manager.

You will need to be accurate and dependable, careful and thorough, responsible and confident, and have had previous experience in this sector.

The skills required for this Property Manager role will include:

  • Previous experience of Residential Property Management
  • Strong admin & IT skills
  • A thorough understanding of the rental process
  • Ability to build & maintain strong business relationships
  • Full UK Driving License essential
