About The Role

Are you passionate about developing data visualisations and analysis of marketing activities? If so, Profectus are happy to announce we are recruiting for a performance Analyst based in healthcare.

As performance analyst you will be responsible developing KPIs and performance measurement frameworks for Sales and Marketing, evaluating performance and outcomes to inform growth strategy.

You will develop and deliver data visualisations and analysis of marketing activities, both online and offline and provide analytical support.

Your input will help measure the impact of the marketing activities and their benefit to the business.

You will also work closely with IT/CRM teams to create briefs for data extraction and ensure continuous improvement through regular monitoring and to ensure performance data is efficiently collated and communicated across the business.

About You

Ideally you will be an analyst with previous experience in the healthcare market, and a detailed knowledge of data mining, warehousing, processing, and reporting.

Technichal requirements:

Power BI
Altyrex
Data Analytics

Knowledge of Power BI and or Alteryx and having the ability to understand data and turn into actionable insight. Experience using analytics and session tracking tools along with user testing would be beneficial.
The position is Hybrid requiring one day a week in office.
