Description

The Clothing Collection Division of SATCoL employs drivers and sub-contractors to collect donated clothing from our network of clothing banks across the UK which are then delivered to our distribution centres in Kettering and Winchester.


Due to the introduction of new operating systems which make our collection schedules more dynamic and manageable we are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to take on the challenge of driving this new way of working forward and making it a success.


You will provide comprehensive administrative and analytical support to this logistics operation by taking responsibility for the reporting activity and effectiveness of the new Workforce Management System which will play a pivotal role in our working practices.


WORKING HOURS:
This role does require some flexibility on hours.

You will be normally be required to work on a Saturday with a day off in the middle of the week which can be negotiated.

There will be scope to work from home on some days.

Working hours on weekdays: 10.30am to 7pm.

Saturdays:8am to 4.30pm


KEY ATTRIBUTES:


  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel), with the scope to adapt to new systems.
  • An effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to source information on the telephone or through other media outlets.
  • Experience of conducting analysis and producing reports to enable positive change.
  • Ability to work as a flexible, proactive member of a team, supporting colleagues at all levels.
  • Thoroughness in accomplishing a task through to completion for all the areas involved, no matter how small. Monitor and check work/information and plan/organise time and resources efficiently.
  • Willingness to complete development training in order to build industry knowledge.
