About Our Client:

Our client is based in Brighton and in the Education and Training sector.

As a secretary your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as first point of cont ct for all visitors
  • Answering the telephone and managing a busy inbox
  • Acting as the line manager to one member of staff
  • Typing minutes for meetings and distributing notes
  • Managing budgets
  • Providing assistance to two senior members of staff
  • Any other administrative tasks required.

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Secretary will have the following skills/knowledge:

  • Previous secretarial experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent administrative skills

What's on Offer:

- £24k - £26k dependent on the weeks worked per year

  • 8am 5pm start (with slight flexibility)
