About Our Client:
Our client is based in Brighton and in the Education and Training sector.
As a secretary your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as first point of cont ct for all visitors
- Answering the telephone and managing a busy inbox
- Acting as the line manager to one member of staff
- Typing minutes for meetings and distributing notes
- Managing budgets
- Providing assistance to two senior members of staff
- Any other administrative tasks required.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Secretary will have the following skills/knowledge:
- Previous secretarial experience
- Good communication skills
- Excellent administrative skills
What's on Offer:
- £24k - £26k dependent on the weeks worked per year
- 8am 5pm start (with slight flexibility)
