Legal Counsel - IP / IT / Commercial focus - West Midlands HQ (3 days a week) c.3+ years PQE


Reporting to the GC, you will handle a broad range of in-house commercial matters with particular responsibility for leading on IP initiatives which can be fairly complex and technical, so experience and a background in Intellectual Property would be ideal.

You will draft a range of IP contracts, support marketing, identify IP risk, review and update IP policies, providing training where possible


There is also the chance to broaden your exposure and advise the business on a range of more general commercial contract matters including sales agreements, procurement,, technology, software and finance.


The team are in growth to help deliver the strategic 5 year plan in this highly secure sector to this is an excellent platform to build your experience and profile and truly influence.

West Mids HQ (3 days a week)

Salary 65-8k DOE + car allowance + bonus etc
