IK is looking for its new Sustainability Research Intern to support them during a part-time internship/placement up to 12 months.

The position will fit a student or recent graduate with a strong interest for ESG looking to gain more work experience.


The Team
The Sustainability Research Intern will work from our London office alongside a junior ESG Associate and the ESG Director.


The Role
You will carry research on various sustainability regulatory matters related to IK's portfolio companies' activities.

  • Research upcoming regulatory changes and developments in sustainability, affecting different sectors and geographies.
  • Analysis of their business impact.
  • Condense and synthesize information adeptly to create summaries of upcoming changes for internal (IK ESG team) and external use (IK's portfolio companies Management).

Job requirements:

  • Legal background
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Demonstrated interest for sustainability in financial markets
  • Proficient in basic Excel functions to manipulate and organise multiple data sources
