*Registered Home Manager* | Elderly Care & Dementia Care | Swindon
- *Brand New, luxury *Residential & Dementia Care Home

  • Excellent salary up to £55,000 per year + £4k annual bonus

*Brief*: A unique opportunity for an experienced and highly personable Home Manager to develop and commission a Brand New luxury, residential care home in Swindon.

*Key Points*- This is a crucial hire where you will be responsible for commissioning a brand new care home, starting with hiring the staffing team and also assessing new residents.

  • You must have an *NVQ Level 5* in Healthcare Management
  • Have at least *1 year of experience* as a Registered Manager of an Elderly Care Home
  • Ideally, you have experience of Commissioning a Brand New Home.
- *Hours*: Full time (40hrs)

- *Salary*: up to 55k plus £1k quarterly bonus.

*The Care Home & Group*This Care Home is brand new and state of the art, it is built to provide Residential and Dementia care for residents. The home has excellent facilities and will be treating each resident with the dignity and respect they deserve, in line with the care group philosophy.


The Care Group is multi Award Winning at the UK Care Awards and has consistent Good and Oustanding CQC reports at all of its homes with high ratings online, also.


Being a nationwide Care Group, you will receive excellent support from other home managers, and great training and career progression opportunities whilst working in a state-of-the-art Brand New Care Home.

*Home Manager Experience Requirement*- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care /Social Work Qualification

  • At least one year of experience and proven track record in the management & delivery of highquality elderly care within a residential care home
  • Have experience or understanding of commissioning a Brand New Care Home
  • Confidence in your knowledge of CQC regulations and you have worked in a care home where you maintained a Good or higher, CQC rating
  • Possess strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive KPIs such as; occupancy, staffing, recruitment, compliance & networking to ensure the company's longterm success
