Sales Co-Ordinator -
This is an opportunity to join ang grow with a successful, expanding family run business in their sales department.


PRIMARY PURPOSE:


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• To liaise with Customers to obtain orders within defined gross margin limits.
• To set up and maintain accurate Customer records for new and existing Customers.
• To assist with marketing, website and data input when required.
• To accurately enter Customer order requirements on to the Sales Order Processing system.
• To project a good company image to the Customer at all times with politeness and efficiency.
• To assist with Customer visits to Servo and any reciprocal arrangements.
• To develop customer relationships.
• To undertake any other reasonable task as may be requested by Management.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

MS Office experience and the ability to learn new in house systems

An enthusiastic and positive attitude for customer interaction in a busy sales office

A strong attention to detail and an ability to sustain a high degree of accuracy is vital.

Able to take pricing decisions within Company guidelines.


Job Types:

Salary:
£18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
