Fife Letting Service has been operating in the Fife area for over 15 years and are the area's leading independent letting agent.

We have offices spread throughout the Kingdom with highly qualified experts in each who are only too happy to help our clients.


We are looking to recruit a Full Time Letting Administrators working in our Dunfermline office to ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry, you will be working as part of a small team helping look after the daily management of a portfolio of exciting residential properties.


Lettings Administrator:

To succeed in the role you should be motivated, enthusiastic and a highly organised team player. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Requirements;

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office as well as learning our bespoke software package

It would be beneficial that you:

  • Have previous experience within a property or lettings role.
  • Have worked in a customer facing role.
  • Are qualified to Level 6 Propertymark or similar.

Full time position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Participation in a weekend on call rota is expected.


Salary:
From £10.50 per hour
