SAP and SBEM Consultant

Hybrid working (office location Manchester 2 days per week).

Basic up to £45k

Our client has been established for many years and in that time they have built up a team of in-house qualified engineers including M&E Building Services Engineers, Licensed BREEAM Assessors, Commercial and Domestic Energy Assessors, Renewable Energy Engineers and Low Carbon Designers.

Due to the expanding work load they are now requiring an assessor who is experienced in (OCDEA) SAP's and (NDEA) SBEM's.

Ideally you will be an accredited OCDEA and /or NDEA assessor, but if you have knowledge of working the projects along side of an accredited assessor this will also be considered.

You will need to have a good working knowledge of both the residential and commercial sectors.

For this role you will need to have first hand experience of SAP and SBEM (OCDEA and NDEA) and have the right to work in the UK.

The role will involve 2 days per week in Manchester, if a hotel is required due to you living too far away to commute hotel costs will be paid.

There will also be the opportunity to develop modelling skills as you develop into this role.
