Description

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistant's to join our team at a community hospital. With shift available 7 days a week, days, evening and nights you will have all the flexibility you need.

The primary responsibility of the HCA will be to provide patient care with advanced clinical skills.

The HCA will support the delivery of care to a range of complex patients, which may include patients who require rehabilitation, step-down patients, end-of-life patients, and patients who require complex discharge.

To be successful in this role, the HCA must maintain knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to deliver a quality service that is responsive to the changing needs of patients.

The HCA will need to be able to adapt to different situations and respond appropriately to the needs of each patient.

Key Requirements:

Community experience
Valid driving license with access to a car
Ability to provide patient care with advanced clinical skills
Ability to work with a range of complex patients
Ability to provide nursing care as delegated by the Senior Sister/Team Sister within patients' homes
Ability to maintain knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to deliver a quality service that is responsive to the changing needs of patients

Job Types:

Salary:
£19,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
