An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Head of Brand and Communications to join a leading public services organisation in Hertfordshire.

They're looking for someone to lead their new Brand team which aims to raise their corporate profile and reputation.

This is a great opportunity that offers strong progression, working for a well-established organisation within their field.


The Role - Head of Brand and Communications

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Oversee the development of the organisations corporate campaigns and to build a strong brand awareness
  • Implement an external communications strategy in line with the strategic plan to raise their profile among key audiences
  • To ensure the company has a clear brand framework including key messages and providing a consistent tone of voice across their external activity
  • Work with external creative agencies to ensure targets are achieved

The Requirements - Head of Brand and Communications
To be considered for this role you will need:

  • A strong background in marketing and communications
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in delivering a marketing and communications strategy
  • Have the ability to bring innovation and creativity to communicate brand value


Due to the location of their Letchworth office, this role is commutable from Hitchin, Stevenage, Garden City, Hatfield, Royston, Biggleswade, Luton and most parts of Hertfordshire.
