Credit Controller
Promedics Orthopaedics are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Credit Controller to join the Finance Team
.

The Credit Controller will act as a key member of the Finance Team, working under the general direction of the Financial Controller.

The Credit Controller will work in collaboration with different departments, including the Customer Service and Finance teams to perform assigned functions in Accounts Receivable.

The Credit Controller position is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller who will be required to work as a key member of the Finance Team.

Permanent position - FULL TIME, Monday to Friday

Duties of the Credit Controller Include:

Collect Sales Ledger cash within agreed terms
Maintain customer credit terms and related information within Sage
Ensure that customers have all necessary documentation/evidence they require to settle within terms
Prioritise and manage workload
Identify potential improvements for more effective credit control
Post Sales Ledger Cash Receipts (from time to time)
Communicate with colleagues across the business

Experience/capability of the Credit Controller:

Track record of success in previous control roles
Extensive experience of Microsoft Office and Sage 500 or similar package
Highly numerate
Well organised
Effective communicator written and oral
Ability to prioritise workload
History of taking ownership of your role and the responsibilities within it
Driven to succeed and achieve collection targets
Commercially aware
Naturally assertive manner

Education/Qualifications of the Credit Controller:

Further education in a numerate discipline preferred

Credit Controller Salary/Benefits

Salary circa £24,000 dependant on experience
20 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays, increasing to 25 days based on length of service
Auto enrolment pension and Life Cover 3 x salary
