Regen Solutions are currently looking for a Reactive Supervisor to join a reputable maintenance contractor in Portsmouth.


This is a
permanent position for a Supervisor to join a well established Council who provide some fantastic career benefits; Van and fuel card, holidays, pension contribution etc.

You will be part of a team of Supervisors who cover reactive repairs. You will be responsible for a team of around 10 Operatives and office staff.


You will be confident to give advice to operatives on complex jobs and hard fixes and will be responsible for interacting and engaging regularly and taking ownership of developing capability and ongoing professional development of the individuals in the team.


Duties include:

  • Supervisor
  • Managing a large team within a Maintenance within Social Housing/Local Authority role
  • Clear and Concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Tool box talks
  • Knowledge of trades and maintenance
  • Ability to deliver KPIs and manage budgets
  • Job per day report
  • Interviews and inductions for new hires
  • Post & pre inspections
