Are you looking to work for a business as ambitious as you are, which offers flexibility and provides an amazing platform for your professional progression and success? We have an opportunity for an experienced and dynamic billing manager to join our teamin central Manchester as Branch Manager.

This is initially a hands-on role where you will be managing an existing, up & running team within the Construction and Property Division.


The Role

  • Managing, developing, coaching, and growing your team.
  • Full responsibility for the office, its growth and plans to develop moving forward.
  • Responsible for setting minimum expectations and achieving targets.
  • Assist consultants with client meetings and business development.
  • Hands on mentoring and training to get your team to exceed in every aspect of recruitment, helping to develop these into future stars within the industry.
  • Prepare monthly and annual branch forecasts in liaison with Regional Managers.

Business Development

  • Identifying your marketplace and the key players within it.
  • Implementing and developing strategies to win new business.
  • Securing and developing existing business.
  • Increasing the client base through networking & sales.
  • Developing an excellent understanding of all clients, their industry, their work culture and environment.
  • Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring that levels of satisfaction amongst all clients are exceeded.
  • Upselling and cross selling our services.
  • Initiate regional & national advertising campaign's using various media to attract talent.
  • Ensure recruitment resourcers understand the wants and needs of each consultant, managing their time effectively.
As an experienced Recruiter you will be responsible for the growth and development of your region.

You will already be a great salesperson succeeding in the world of recruitment, you must be smart, ambitious, motivated and not afraid of a little hard work.

  • Valid Driving License.
