This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Lead to join a global organisation in their UK office
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven experience in a customer service position.
- Works well on own initiative.
- Excellent decisionmaking skills
- Experience using CRM system e.g Oracle, SAP or similar
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing customer orders and uploading purchase orders onto the CRM system.
- Leading day to day customer services.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Update customers on delivery times.
- Check stock availability and reorder times where necessary.
- Liaise with suppliers, arrange deliveries and collections.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Invoice creation.
- Upsell to customers to increase overall sales.
- Assist customers with accounting queries.
- Inventory management, stock control checks and forecasting.
- Audit management.
