Are you currently a senior property manager who is looking to take the next step in your career and work for a company that cares?
As an independent, family-run Estate Agency we are currently looking for a Head of Property Management to join our city centre branch.
As the Head of Property Management your role will involve:
- Managing a team of four property managers
- Working as part of a team to deliver honest advice to landlords
- To monitor, encourage and develop staff in their rolls
- To audit works and give advice to staff
- Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be undertaken, resolving accordingly
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of properties as a team
- Attend checkouts of residential property
- Negotiate Deposit release of residential property
To be considered for the Head of Property Management role you must have:
- Have a minimum of two years of experience
- Great Customer Service skills
- Self believe and confidence to guide a team
- A good understanding of the lettings industry, regulations and laws
- Organised
- Problem-Solving skills
- Articulate
- Work as a team
- Clean driving licence
Working Days:
- You will be required to work 5 days a week. Plus one in four Saturdays

Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
- Loyalty bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Norwich, NR1 3EJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Property Management: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
