Operation Supervisor role at Sazy

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operation Supervisor to work for Sazy based In London.

We are looking for a logical thinker and motivated individuals who thrives on new challenges and improving ways of working.


You will be responsible for operation, KPI management and reporting. You will need to have knowledge of MS Office and be comfortable learning new software. This role reports to the Head of Operation.

Key Responsibilities will Include but not limited to:


  • Overseeing that product is picked, packed, loaded, unloaded, and stored according to specifications

- Cost control

- Ensure all reports including internal and customer specific are completed within the deadline

- Resolve queries from customers and suppliers

- Maintain accuracy of Master Data for products

- Producing and reviewing weekly KPIs and carrying out weekly audits

  • Provide effective communication to team members, supervisors, management and customers
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of the company, it's processes/products/services
  • Work as part of a team and take responsibility for own work
  • Deputise in the absence of the Head of Operation
  • Liaising with internal and external customers

Experience & Competencies Required:


  • Ability to work accurately with great attention to detail to achieve deadlines
  • Organisational, planning and timemanagement skills with a practical, flexible, and innovative approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable with dealing with conflict
  • Good knowledge of customs formalities & legislation skills an advantage
  • Good knowledge of IT systems and processes
  • Knowledge of logistic processes
  • Assisting with stock checks as required
  • Selfmotivated, flexible and an enthusiastic team player.
  • Initiative and desire to improve situations, systems and processes.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or Logistic preferred) or strong relevant experience
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Logistic or Warehouse.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders


  • Computer literate

  • Experience of Microsoft Office packages
  • A full driving licence will be required

Salary:
£28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, EC1V 9HL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Logistics: 2 years (required)
Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)
