Description
We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team, working alongside our current team, and also being able to adapt to the fast paced environment of a busy gastro restaurant barResponsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks
- Provide recommendations on drink selection based on customer preferences
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced setting
- Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Exceptional hospitality skills to provide a positive customer experience
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines and procedures
