Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, you'll develop and execute the digital acquisition strategy. You'll be responsible for continuing our growth and in return we'll develop, grow and progress your career.


Your Role

  • Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to set the Marketing strategy for the firm, considering all elements of the marketing mix; price, product, place and promotion
  • Develop the digital strategy and execute, bringing together paid and owned channels
  • Leading our performance driven Digital team (4 specialists across SEO & PPC)
  • Recommend investments required to shape the growth plan over the next 3 years
  • Work with our Leadership team to understand their business requirements and understand how best to support their growing teams with file openings
  • Work with our Head of Brand, providing a clear SEO strategy to shape the content plan and the use of social channels for lead generation

So, this role will be ideal for:

  • Heads of Digital based anywhere across the North or Midlands who want more progression (commutable to Leeds/Harrogate a couple of times per month)
  • Agencyside Digital Marketing leaders who would love to see the impact of their work from cradle to grave
  • Digital Marketing Managers looking to step up to a more senior position and broaden their digital capabilities
  • Analytical and data driven professionals with proven ability managing and optimising large scale PPC / digital campaigns with strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), user journey analysis and CRO

This is a full time, permanent position and can be based from a variety of locations including Harrogate, Leeds, Manchester with the need to be in the Leeds or Harrogate office every few weeks.
