Wayleave Officers

Bell Ingram is looking for experienced Wayleave Officers to cover Utility projects in the Glasgow/Central belt. There will be an opportunity for secondment with our framework partners.

You must be highly motivated and enthusiastic, preferably with experience of providing wayleave services for pipeline and utilities projects. Experience in rural land management and digital mapping would also be beneficial.


You would undertake land referencing, secure land rights, liaise with landowners and negotiate compensation claims for a variety of utility companies.
