    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Management Expert to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our business processes and controls in meeting compliance obligations and industry best practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and Execute QA Programs: Assist in designing and implementing risk-based Quality Assurance (QA) programs focused on customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, politically exposed persons/sanctions screening, anti-money laundering alerts investigations, suspicious activity reports/no suspicious activity reports decision and filings, and other compliance workstreams.
    • Establish QA Reviews Cadence: Participate in setting up a regular cadence of QA reviews for each in-scope function/activities, standard QA workflow, and sampling approach.
    • Cultivate a Weighting Calculation Methodology: Involve in establishing a weighting calculation/scoring methodology for material findings and quality issues.
    • Create QA Checklists and Templates: Help create QA checklists, instructions, and workpaper templates.
    • Lead QA Review Execution: Lead the execution of QA reviews and inspect the quality of work performed by team members.
    • Produce Insightful QA Reports: Produce well-supported metrics-driven QA reports with insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
    • Maintain QA Repository: Maintain a central repository containing the results of QA reviews and track recommended corrective actions.
    • Enhance Communication: Assist in creating clear and concise reporting of the QA Program health and identified issues/themes to senior management.
    • Bolster Team Performance: Build a strong and skillful team through ongoing guidance, coaching, and training to staff.
    • Nurture Business Partnerships: Cultivate a trusted relationship with business partners through collaborating on procedural and process enhancements.
    • Stay Current with Regulatory Requirements:
    • Evaluate AML/CFT Best Practices:

    Requirements

    • AML/CFT Experience: Must have experience working with anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism regulations.
    • Risk Management Skills: Possess strong risk management skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
    • Communication Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Project Management Expertise: Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
