As a Level 7 Management Trainer, you will be responsible for:

  • Take charge of every learner/apprentice and ensure their learning journey from beginning to end is of the highest quality.
  • Delivering the Senior Leader Level 7 standard.
  • The responsibility includes tracking the advancement of learners during their apprenticeship.
  • Participate in team and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) meetings.
  • Travel to team meetings, and employer sites if needed.
As a Level 7 Management Trainer, you will need to have:

  • Level 7 or master's degree in Leadership and Management
  • Relevant assessing qualifications such as an A1, CAVA, TAQA, D32, D33 or equivalent.
- relevant occupational experience in a managerial role.

  • Experience in delivering apprenticeships.
  • Level 2 functional skills.
