Support Administrator
Here at Search Consultancy, as a member of the Support Division, you'll be helping the operational teams achieve their objectives.
To do that, you'll need to be a team player who is able to work to tight deadlines within a fast paced quality driven environment.
About the role
- Full time, permanent
- Monday to Friday working hours, 40 Hr pwk
- Leeds city centre
Duties involve
- Scanning, filing and handling post
- Arranging meeting rooms
- General administrative tasks for the staff within the branch
- Liaising with the facilities team
- Other adhoc duties
To apply
- Previous administration background
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role within a sizeable organisation desirable but not essential
- Quality Driven & Detail Conscious
- Good time management skills
