Job Overview:
We are seeking a Support Associate to join our team.

As a Support Associate, you will play a vital role in providing assistance and support to individuals with special needs, including toddlers and those with autism.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others and contribute to their development and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with individuals with special needs, their families, and other team members
Provide care and support to toddlers and children with special needs
Assist in implementing educational programs tailored to the unique needs of each individual
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care and education
Create a safe and nurturing environment for individuals with special needs
Help individuals develop social skills, communication abilities, and independence
Monitor and document progress, behaviors, and any concerns or incidents
Support individuals during daily activities, including mealtime, personal hygiene, and recreational activities

Qualifications:

Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or autism
Knowledge of toddler care practices and techniques
Understanding of special education principles and strategies
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of varying abilities
Patience, empathy, and compassion for individuals with special needs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
