JOB TITLE:
Adult Social Worker - Learning, Disabilities and Autism Team_

SALARY: Up to £37 (Per Hour)_
LOCATION: Guildford

- _Flexible working preference (Hybrid/ Remote)_

Job Requirements:

Sound knowledge of social care processes and responsibilities in line with personalisation, self directed support and person centred planning.
Ability and willingness to develop effective professional reflective supervision skills to support less experienced qualified staff.
Ability to understand the forms of harm and their impact on people, and with support, to identify and plan for safeguarding.
Experience of communicating with compassion and authority in challenging situations and with resistant individuals, and proven ability to effectively engage with people in complex situations both short term and building relationships over time.

Pay rate - Up to £37 per hour for more senior members of staff.
