Job Title - Advanced Quality Engineer

£ 45,000 p.a. £ 50,000 p.a.+ Early finish Friday + Pension + 25 days holiday

Are you a Quality Engineer interested in working on advanced manufacturing projects for some of the most prestigious automotive manufacturers on the planet? We are looking for a Quality Engineer with strong APQP experience / pre production and NPI experience.

As an Advanced Quality Engineer your day to day responsibilities will consist of;
- leading Co-ordination of Advanced product quality planning (APQP) activities across all new product introductions and overseeing Customer Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

Control and track all APQP documents through PPAP approval for new program launches to ensure customer submission dates are achieved.
Execute PPAP submission and approval as required for customer & company initiated Engineering changes
Support with statistical analysis through product maturation phases
Creating monthly PPAP status reports for management
Support D/PFMEA & DFM reviews as required
Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

Strong APQP and New programme launch quality experience within an automotive manufacturing environment
Strong qualitytoolbox in PPAP,IATF/VDA QMS & audits, PPS (Production Preparation Schedule)and 8D
